I sent my application but did not receive an automatic answer. Did you still receive my application?
Sometimes, the automatic answer confirming your application is delayed a few hours due to the way the application system works. If you do not receive an email from us after a short time, please get in touch with us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
1) Receipt of application
If you have applied to an advertised position with our application form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of the receipt soon after.
Should we require further application documents, you will receive a response from us in a timely manner.
If your application is complete, it will be forwarded to the relevant department.
2) Selection and invitation to interview
We require some time to thoroughly examine your application documents. In any case, we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible. This usually takes between two and three weeks.
As soon as we have ascertained your suitability with the relevant department, we will invite you to a technical interview.
3) Second interview and recruitment
After a positive first talk, if necessary, we will invite you to a second, in-depth interview. With this, we want to give you a better insight into our company. Our management and potentially your future colleagues will take part in this interview.
